laser welding repair & design services
We offer Repair and Design Services Utilizing State of the Art Laser Technology. Our Laserstar iWeld Professional is the highest peak powered laser welding machine in its class. This machine welds SILVER along with other complex alloys. The iWeld provides pin-point accuracy, increased range of assembly and repair applications, and minimizes the potential hazards of heat damage. The resulting weld is considerably stronger than a traditional solder joint.

state of the art induction casting
With our new RDO Easy Cast-12 we can cast gold, silver, platinum and palladium. The Easy Cast-12 system utilizes a highly efficient 3kW induction heating generator for extremely fast melt times. There is also an automatic frequency setting that adjusts to the type of metal being melted for optimal melting efficiency. The system has complete protection from metal oxidation by using standard vacuum and gas argon atmosphere systems. What this translates to is a superior casting that we can transform into a superior piece of jewelry for you to treasure for years to come.
